What Do Properties Cost in Mallorca?
Based on our analysis (see Mallorca Property Supply in 2025), while the island deserves its identity as a luxury real estate destination – with 59% of listings priced from €1 million – a diverse range of properties is on offer, with a large number at reasonable price points. Entry-level apartments start from around €150,000, but the most common price band for apartments is €400,000 to €500,000. Villas show a wider spread: about 30% of all villas are listed above €3 million, yet over half remain priced below €2 million, and the most common price band is €500,000 to €1 million.
