David Charles Delhanty - Founder
(BSc honours economics)
Born in North London, David has been operating companies specialising in marketing overseas resort property for over 20 years. He has firsthand experience covering all aspects of selling international real estate. From advising buyers and sellers to property valuations, analysing real estate markets, overseeing transaction completions, and leveraging digital marketing, website design, and the latest technologies, David’s expertise spans all key areas of the industry. With a particular focus on the Thai and Spanish resort markets, his experience dates back to 2004 when he established an estate agency in Koh Samui, Thailand. Prior to this, he worked as an IT consultant in London, specialising in the investment banking sector, with his last role being a 3-year contract developing trading systems for private wealth management at Goldman Sachs. Other companies he worked at include Morgan Grenfell Asset Management, DKB International, and Natwest Markets.
Thomas Toma - Partner & Technology Director
Thomas is a seasoned full-stack web developer, with over nine years of diverse experience in this field. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered hundreds of websites, showcasing his ability to navigate through a wide range of frameworks and programming languages with ease. His technical skill set includes HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery/Ajax, PHP, MySQL, and WordPress, highlighting his versatility and adaptability across projects. Thomas has also been the lead developer for advanced systems that incorporate blockchain and artificial intelligence, technologies at the cutting edge of the industry. His deep expertise not only embodies our commitment to utilising the latest technology but also enhances our mission to set new standards in luxury international real estate brokerage.
Anisleidy Contreras - Social Media Campaign Manager
