Calvià is one of the most sought-after sub-markets in Mallorca, and our own research shows that it is significantly more skewed towards the luxury sector than Mallorca as a whole. 85% of villas and houses in Calvià are priced from €1 million, 63% from €2 million, and nearly half start from €3 million. Underscoring the area’s appeal to ultra-high-net-worth buyers, 15% are listed above €5 million:

The average apartment listing in Calvià is €1.17 million, compared with €1.03 million island-wide. Most Calvià apartments fall within the €600,000 to €1.75 million range, with only a handful under €400,000.
Looking at all property types, over the past decade, Calvià has consistently outperformed the rest of the island in terms of price growth. Between 2016 and 2025, average prices rose from €2,644 to €6,844 per square metre, a compound annual growth rate of 11.15%. This compares with 10.62% for the Balearics overall. Sea view villas in Calvia are often located on elevated plots close to the coastline. This proximity to the sea is a major factor influencing price levels in Calvià, as seen in the pricing in coastal enclaves like Costa d’en Blanes, Portals Nous, and Santa Ponsa.
