Luxury contemporary Asian design defines this collection of 4-bed pool villas in Cherng Talay, Phuket, located in the Bang Jo area and designed around spacious tropical living environments centred on large private swimming pools.
The villas combine modern tropical architecture with Asian-influenced interior design. High-pitched roofs and vaulted wooden ceilings create volume and airflow within the living areas, while oriental-inspired furniture, jewel-toned accents and natural materials introduce warmth and texture throughout the interiors. The design approach allows the homes to sit naturally within Phuket’s lush surroundings while maintaining a modern residential feel. Construction of the project is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2026.
All villas are arranged across single-level layouts designed for comfortable everyday living. The development is being delivered by a Phuket-based design and construction company established in 2005 specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects. Their approach combines architecture, interior design, construction and bespoke furniture manufacturing into a fully integrated design and build process.
The wider project will comprise 39 single-storey pool villas offering four to five bedrooms with five to six bathrooms. Built-up areas across the development range from approximately 487 sqm up to 1,646 sqm, while land plots range from roughly 1,092 sqm to as large as 3,200 sqm, providing significantly more space and privacy than many villa projects on the island.
Located in Bang Jo within the Cherng Talay area, the development sits in a quiet inland enclave known for its collection of upscale villas and green surroundings. HeadStart International School and Blue Tree Phuket are around four minutes away, while Robinson Lifestyle Thalang can be reached in approximately eight minutes. Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket are around ten minutes away, while Bang Tao Beach and Laguna Phuket are about fourteen minutes by car. UWC Thailand and Thanyapura Sports and Health Resort are roughly twenty minutes away, and Phuket International Airport can be reached in approximately thirty minutes.
