The largest layout, this single-level villa includes five bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms are grouped for privacy along the southern side, while the northern section hosts a large living-dining-kitchen zone and expansive pool deck. The swimming pool measures 20m x 5.5m. Type B – 4 Bedrooms (716 sqm built area)
Slightly more compact, Type B offers four bedrooms and an integrated living space opening to a 12m x 5m private pool. The master suite is positioned for maximum privacy, with direct access to the pool terrace.
Type C – 4 Bedrooms (627 sqm built area)
The most compact layout still offers four en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan living space, and outdoor entertaining areas. The pool is also 12m x 5m, and the villa design ensures clear separation between guest and owner zones.
